        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Poor customer service, poor service from this company. I purchased via ebay, no goods to hand and no refund as of yet. abusive tone and very aggressive!!

        buying the product was easy. I confirmed before the order that they would be OK for a 650KG horse which is predominantly stabled. The owner said they would be great. They arrived and they are extremely lightweight. It is actually a DREADFUL PRODUCT. I have a 650kg horse and the mats can't cope with his weight - they keep changing shape and rising. I have fitted them in accordance with the owner of Ark Matting's instructions. Customer service is dreadful - they told me to put paving slabs in the middle of the mats to keep them in place and flat - I'm not sure how the horse is suppose to be in the stable with a slab in the middle. This was after 5 months of being down. 12 months later, they need replacing as the shape is so irregular that they done join - the straight lines are now arks (possibly why the company name is such). Having told them again the the product is not fit for purpose, they don't answer their phone or messages. Dreadful company with a dreadful product. These are not suitable for horse stables. Maybe a wash bay or wall mats would be a better use for them.
