After only 1 or 2 sessions, I was feeling energised and brighter. After 4 sessions, not only did I experience pain relief, but my sleep had improved beyond recognition. I was so amazed at how relaxing the sessions were: that was an added bonus! Thank you Lisa.

It was very professional and I felt well cared for. Everything was explained as it went along. Even after one session my neck and scalp muscles felt more relaxed. My ankle will need more work on it but I knew that.

I attended because of persistent pain in my lower back, probably triggered by gardening. Previous experience of acupuncture suggested that this treatment might be helpful. The practitioner ( John) conducted a very thorough physiological examination to determine the root of the problem before commencing acupuncture treatment. I was appreciative of his professionalism and recommendations

I had an appointment with Lisa this week and found her to be very knowledge and professional. I have had acupuncture for many years and rate Lisa very highly. The clinic is very calm with a lovely atmosphere.

Following seeing a consultant and GP and got nowhere. John quickly identified issues that they hadnt even considered. 6 months of suffering on and off and after the first session its made a great difference already. Thoroughly recommend
