Don't touch with a bargepole. Agreed a high price with this company to fit engineered wood flooring in our house, thinking he'd be doing a job worth the price. Stupidly, we paid him the final amount before he'd finished - he said he had a problem with cash flow so we agreed to help him by paying in full. When we tried to get in touch with him to finish the job he never returned our calls. Eventually we gave up trying and had to buy several hundred pounds' worth of extra flooring to finish the job ourselves. The price was meant to include waxing and polishing and trims, but he never did any of those either. He's basically little more than a con artist. Don't even think of handing over your cash to him. Service: Engineered wood

Such a shame was so promising with work in progress that we viewed. Looked really good, should have gone back when it was finished! Not a finisher, didnt provide the right product, left us to fix up his stuff up, held back 100 to encourage a return visit to finish properly but still did not turn up despite numerous promises. It has left a bad taste and ruined the enjoyment of our new floor.

Having never had floors sanded before I was fairly happy with the job, the white wash finish was sloppy and not so impressed. I've just had our floor resanded and white washed by another firm as knocked 2 rooms together. The difference in the quality of finish by the new firm was amazing, the floors now are really smoothly and they are just beautiful 1000 times better and for the same cost. Avoid!

I had a great first impression when Ross came round to give me a quote for wood flooring in my lounge and due to this I took a higher quote than from other tradesmen. However I was very much disappointed when it came round to the work being performed. Although the job had been booked in months in advance, the day before the booking Ross tried to move the date. Due to the nature of my job I cannot book days off last minute and therefore was not possible for me to move the date around. He ended up turning up around lunch time and completing the majority of the work by 5pm, a rush job which should have taken him all day. He needed to come back to finish off a few bits but after continuing to mess me around day after day and ignoring my phone calls and emails I told him that I did not want him to finish the job due to the lack of his professionalism and he still asked me for payment with only a days notice. I did not pay him the full amount, I sent him an email explaining why this was the case but he never replied. He clearly did not care about receiving the rest of the money as I suspect he was ripping me off in the first place. I wish I hadn't paid him anything. The floor is a bad job, it visibly bends under foot and is getting worse day by day, I am going to have to get it redone. He also left scratches on the floor and skirting board where paint has been pulled off. I would advise anyone to stay well away from using this company.
