I'm absolutely thrilled and delighted I found Anna! What an amazing groomer. So helpful, insightful and professional. She really took the time to listen and was so kind and gentle. My Westie is a very nervous and anxious dog and to find someone who does one on one, was proving very difficult. I felt very apprehensive leaving him, but Anna put my mind at ease and when I went back to get him, his tail was wagging and he looked amazing! Can't thank her enough and will definitely be returning with him for his next cut

I brought my puppy to Anna for his first groom at 12 weeks and was so impressed that she takes the time to have an introductory hello session before the first groom so that my puppy would know her and her parlour by then. She is so professional and patient with such a young and headstrong puppy (who is a Lhasa Apso with a lot of hair!) and we have been back to see her three times now. The cut he gets is exactly what I want and I feel completely at ease leaving him with Anna in her amazing workspace - although I usually stay and watch (when it's allowed this year!) and have a socially distanced natter with Anna. As you can see, I can't recommend her enough!
