Kelly was a professional from start to finish. She gave an excellent service. Im so happy with my lashes I cant recommend her highly enough

After trying to get it all sorted amicably for weeks I have to warn people off booking their lashes with Kelly Knight Beauty. She's a scammer who's scammed me and others (check her google reviews) . I booked online for 1st June, for my wedding lashes, Kelly messaged me at 07:00 the day of the appointment to tell me she wouldn't be able to do it, giving me 5 hours notice. In itself that short notice is quite unprofessional. To add insult to injury she still hasn't returned my deposit 2 weeks later! At first she tried to say that the deposit is "non-refundable", I had to point out that that only applies if the CLIENT cancels at short notice and costs can't be recovered, keeping a deposit when goods or services haven't been rendered is, legally speaking, stealing. She then asked for my bank details but still hasn't returned the money in over a week. To make it even worse I decided to check Google Reviews for her business and it turns out she's done this repeatedly, next time I'll make sure I check reviews before using someone new! Please share so others don't get caught out.
