Service used to great here. But recently it has gone down hill. I request call back and don't get called back. Booked my car in months ago and they don't work on it leaving me without a car. They didn't fix the issue and I am still having the issue. Not sure I would buy another Audi just based on the poor service at the dealers.

Great customer service. The dealership is more expensive than other places however you get what you pay for. They are extremely thorough and explain things clearly in layman's terms.

After a stressful year sorting out the mess that was left by the dealership, I felt it was time to leave a review. Last year my Audi broke down due to an auxiliary belt shredding and after getting lodged it caused the engine to be out of timing. This was approximately 7 weeks after a 3200 MOT and service, including the cam-belt and water pump change. From inspection one of the auxiliary belt pulleys had been damaged extensively which caused the belt to shred. Audi had been the only people to work on the car recently and if the damage was pre-existing it had not been picked up during the inspection and work on the car. It was not shown in the video or noted down. I was left stranded 300 miles away from home and due to the potential cost of the repair work, the car had to be eventually scrapped. The market value of the car was far outweighed by the recent 3200 bill in addition to the cost of rebuilding/repairing the engine. The communication with Marshall Audi Exeter soon ceased after sending over the mechanic's report regarding the damage. The whole experience has left me feeling disheartened with Audi and the Marshall group. I will soon be choosing a competitor and have stopped recommending Audi to friends, family, and co-workers which is a shame after being a loyal customer for several years.
