When collar arrived was initially pleased with quick customer service. However within 2 weeks of our dog wearing collar one stud had fallen out! Closer examination revealed further studs loose. AE said fault was due to dog scratching but wanted a further 8.00 in postage to repair. Not prepared to pay as cost of collar would be close to 40.00 and certain further studs would have dislodged sooner rather than later! Did ask for refund but no joy! Very poor value for money!

My staffy is wearing a 22 yr old collar & lead which i purchased from AE collars all those years ago for my last staff.The quality is absolutely amazing & has lasted all those yrs being worn on a daily basis .I would highly recomend as it still looks like new the brass is so shiney after being cleaned & none of it has ever come off .
