The buying experience was excellent. The car was excellent, ok you pay a bit more but it's worth the long-term enjoyment of a quality specialist car.

Absolutely terrible - Avoid at all costs. I purchased an Audi from Hamptons 4 months ago. The car was lovely but the MMI unit was faulty from day one. I informed them there was an issue with it which made the car really difficult to drive. The MMI would constantly crash, shut down and then reload. It did this over and over again as you drove the car, therefore no phone, radio, sat-nav, etc. Now 4 months later, I've been without my car for a total of 6 weeks and it's still not fixed. They don't call back and simply try to ignore me. DO NOT buy a car from these guys, their customer service is terrible and I'm now I'm forced to pursue them through the Motor Ombudsman. I am not a complainer, but this is disgraceful.
