Loni is an incredible yoga teacher, with clear and fun guidance & a mind full of knowledge and thought.Loni taught me yoga from scratch, healing me from migraines on my journey and giving me a wide understanding of practise. The best!

Power yoga with Loni was my favourite class of the week (sadly stopped my gym membership) and I miss it! Her classes are always challenging but with options, and the progressively building sequences throughout the class made for a wonderful flow that I felt I could lose myself in and just focus on my body. Highly recommend.

I struggle to find yoga classes I love, so I tend to do more at home, but Lonis classes are perfect. I like a strong flow with the occasional arm balance thrown in, but if youre a beginner theres no pressure to do this, as variations are offered for each pose, so just choose what youre comfortable with. The studio in Guildford is a great space, really calm and super clean. Its now my regular Sunday class x

I've had many positive and empowering sessions with Loni all through lockdown (via Zoom) and later, also in the beautiful barn. Despite being very much a beginner (at the start anyway!) I was never made to feel that way and was only ever encouraged and supported; this was important to me and a reason I'd not started yoga sooner! I would definitely recommend Sequoia to my friends, newbies like myself or more experienced as all abilities are covered. I'm hoping to attend a session in the newest Guildford venue soon :)

I couldnt recommend the classes and teachers at Sequoia Yoga enough! The pop up studio just opened in Sept & Oct 2020 and its a dream dont miss the chance to practice here!
