A pragmatic review not biased by all the wonderful times we have had here over the years. It's always clean and tidy and well looked after considering how much use it gets. A traditional modernised "Church Hall" it is perfect for stage productions especially now with the tiered seating. For other events, the heavy quality curtains are closed to hide the stage. Toilet facilities are excellent including those for the disabled. One star off for the rather small (but adequate) kitchen. Also, numbers are restricted to 120 (I think) which might be limiting. Close parking opposite but come early to get a place. Small pull-in at the front door to drop off.
