D W DUNN's always service my boiler and I have always found them very good and extremely diligent and helpful. This morning after slightly over a year since the last service I phoned at 8a.m.when the boiler failed to work. They phoned me back immediately when they opened just after 8.30 and could not have been more helpful. Using Whats App with an engineer on the phone he took me through what I needed to do to get the boiler working again. He was very patient, kind and very clear. It now works perfectly and I have booked the normal service for two weeks time. THANK YOU for the most excellent service. Service: Heating system maintenance

After having problems with our ageing Oil Boiler, we contacted DW Dunn to see if they could help. Their response was immediate and Andy came out and ran through our options. A formal quote followed quickly and Ian arrived to help sort an immediate problem as well as giving further advice. We opted to have a new Boiler installed which was completed by Dan and Mark who both did the job very professionally and quickly. This is the first time we have used the Company and are very impressed with every aspect of their service. We will continue to use them for servicing and any other plumbing jobs which may arise.
