        I could hardly breath and needed help off q doctor the receptionist so rude and no help at all told me no appointments left so called 111 and they referred me and guess what i got got an appointment the receptionist was gobsmacked and in the wrong job

        My family are registered with fitznells and over the last number of years I have had to call reception/doctors a number of times. I have always found the receptionists helpful and polite. They have always gone out of their way to assist me and my relatives. I would have no hesitation in recommending fitznells to anyone. Well done all of you. Ps: THANK YOU .
