        I have now ordered twice from bluebells in the last three weeks I have ordered dresses, socks, headbands and the Calvin ck underwear it's all lovely will definitely be ordering again xx

        Ordering & deliveries spot on, but returning an item not being refunded or exchanged an item, shocking no proof as to why they made that decision. No correspence from them. A disgrace of a company. Steer clear plenty more boutiques that sell the same items & more friendly happy to help attitude too.

        Ordered three items. No dispatch notice or any form of communication. All emails completely ignored. No sign of parcel after two weeks. Finally had a response via Instagram to say Id been refunded and blaming Royal Mail. Dont believe it was even sent in the first place. Awful customer service. Dont ignore your customers.
