        The management team was always very helpful from the start, they made me feel very welcome, and their training enabled me to feel comfortable and confident in every aspect of the job. Always helped me when I needed it, if I had any questions or doubts. They were also very flexible and caring for my own individual needs regarding working hours, etc. The carers working there are all very friendly and welcoming and always helped me with any queries about the residents. The residents were also very friendly and very open, guiding me through their own needs always politely. Overall, I would highly recommend working for this company.
