purchased a EHIC expand policy through moneysupermarket. Now 3 months later refused all parts of the claim 1. personal injury - I didnt lose a limb so refused 2. Legal Expenses - flew with BA so refused I flew with jet2 and this has been pointed out to them dozens of times 3. Personal belongings - this they just ignored as they couldn't think of a reason (also lied about excess multiple times) 4. Medical expenses - excess was so high wiped out all out of pocket expenses When I complained they ignored it when they were forced to acknowledge it they passed the complaint back to travel claims services ( a company that had FCA authorisation withdrawn in 2005) Have had to complain to the ombudsman an even the final response letter was filled with errors. Do not purchase any product from this company they will either ignore you, lie to you and refuse even valid claims.
