The worst practice you can have as a patient, all what they want is to get rid of you so u r no longer their problem , came back with same problem 3 times less than a year kept giving me painkillers which I said wont help! This practice is a joke!

For as long as I remember this practice is always fully booked. They urgently need to replace the receptionist staff members, very short tempered and quick to end the conversations by speeding me when she picks up bearing that the waiting time for my call to be connected is at least 20mins. The doctors within the practice are okay but it takes a hell of days if not weeks to get an appointment or if u manage to book a consultation online (on their website) I have always waited at least a week or 2 weeks to hear back from the doctor. Strange how in person if u visit the practice its not even busy. Its like a marathon, youd have to compete against the each other each morning to get an appointment when the waiting time is over 15mins.

Reception staff are a disgrace, rude, arrogant, unhelpful and disgusting treatment of patients. They should all be fired and replacement with AI as soon as it becomes available as even a robot could have more empathy than these haggard witches.

Changed my Dr as they were rubbish but Ive not been able to book an appointment at all since joining this one. No correspondence since joining, they dont answer the phone for ages. You have to race at 8.30am on the internet to book an appointment and a day has passed and still no response as to when I should even expect to hear back from anyone. Terrible service. As usual these days its not a service about people communicating, nobody cares about actual people, just automated messages, hold music, a long queue and constantly being referred back to a website. Im now looking again for a different GP. I only need an inhaler. No idea who my GP is, or if I will ever speak to someone.
