    There is no care! How you can call yourself care Partnership? Impossible to get into the doctor, and all because of corona. They excuse themselves since beggining if the pandemic and now this... "Dear Patient due to our Covid Vaccination programme at Fitznells Manor Surgery the car park will be closed until the 29th December 2021 unless you hold a blue badge. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. The Integrated Care Partnership" So if you're really in need you wont get it, only boosters available.... this is scandal!

    Awful! Phones are never answered, the online booking system is the only way to 'request' an appointment, which will be a call if you manage to get one. Patients should be able to choose whether a face-to-face appointment is needed in situations they find difficult to discuss via telephone, but there is no option for this. I tried to use the booking system to book an appointment today and it was turned off again - I tried a few months ago and it was off for at least 3 days! The doctors are great if you ever get to see/speak to them, but the local community is being hugely let down by the ICP
