Sixteen Male Grooming

I've been going to Sixteen since it first opened as I stuck with my barber Debbie since I first met her. I've had many different hairstyles to which I can always ask Debbie for her input to which she has never disappointed. Apart from being a very skilled barber she's also become like a second mum to me as she's outgoing easy to speak to and makes you feel as if your not a stranger. She's professional yet one of the most welcoming barbers I've ever met. I will remain returning to her for the foreseeable future. Took my son in today, just after opening and the moment I entered, the woman cutting hair shouted she had nothing until 5pm. You will need to come back then. I said fine but I just want to ask - and that's as far as I got. You have to come back at 5pm she shouted back. She was rather rude about it too. My young son had an issue with this hair and I simply wanted to know if it's something she felt she could deal with as little point coming back at 5pm if she couldn't. No idea what her hair cutting is like but her customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It's not the customer's fault that she doesn't have any other staff members. There was another gentlemen already waiting for a cut, so I imagine they are really short staffed. Still doesn't excuse rude behaviour. Found another hairdresser in Ewell who was fantastic.I certainly wouldn't recommend this salon based on my first and now last visit to this place.

Great atmosphere! Always got great music playing and offered a drink on entry. Also Debbie is a 10/10 Barber!

Very friendly staff. And haircuts always spot on. Highly recommended.
