DO NOT RECOMMEND I booked a massage for my girlfriend today (8th November). When we arrived there was a single lady (Cindy), who greeted us and also was the one who was doing the massage. Cindy left my girlfriend in the room for 10 mins, when she then started the massage she only rubbed her body. When my girlfriend asked her to focus on area on her back where she has pain she was told she is not a physio and that she should go to a physio. After only rubbing her body for 10 mins my girlfriend had enough and asked Cindy to stop. As she was not massaging her body but just rubbing parts of her body. Having only had the massage for 10-15 mins Cindy offered to give 10 back as the massage was booked and paid for 45 mins (45). My girlfriend accepted the 10 for Cindy to then say we dont normally refund and that there was actually only 10 mins left on the massage. Even though she only had been massaging for 10-15 mins and still had a remaining 30 mins left, having had enough and just wanting to leave my girlfriend asked Cindy to unlock the door to let her leave. As she just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I do not recommend this to anyone as it was a total waste of 45.

Yesterday was my first visit to Elements, very good massage by Cindy felt very relaxed afterwards, will be back for another massage soon

Informed receptionist that I'll be a bit late as I was caught up at the post office to withdraw money. She said that it was fine but it was disappointing to find out that when I arrived late, she said the masseuse was busy and only offered 45 mins. I even apologised but she was giving me attitude. First and last time, wouldn't recommend at all.
