Before I met Tiba I was on the cusp of working with associates to develop my services and business. Demand for my work was high but I was struggling to know who was the best fit to work with. I reached out to support from Tiba after finding her online, as I had a difficult year with illness and felt I had lost my way in my business. Something wasn't feeling right, and I felt overwhelmed and unable to take action. I needed help and support with figuring out my bigger vision, and understanding where to start with it. After just a few sessions with Tiba, we were able to identify my goals in different areas of my life and my business and figure out the best place to start. Tiba helped me to understand more about my personality and working style, and therefore what I could do easily, and what I needed to outsource in my business. We set small and realistic goals, which created quite a snowball effect for me. I started a gratitude journal (which I hated the thought of) but it's actually been really helpful. It's made me see what I do already have, but also what steps I can take each day, in the service of my wider desires. I have also made some really simple changes like adjusting my weekly work schedule, which has freed up a lot of time and energy for me. Having Tiba to bounce off of, and share my struggles with has been really helpful. After just a few sessions, I have gained a lot of clarity and made some really positive changes. Tiba was kind, compassionate, showed a lot of care and really listened. She is knowledgeable and able to see things I just couldn't which made my life so much better. Ive been working with Tiba for approximately six months now, and wow, what can I say?! Its difficult to put into words exactly what this amazing lady has done for me. 2020 for many of us has been pretty horrific, and to add to that I was experiencing several personal issues which were certainly not a welcome addition. Not only has she worked with me on a deep and personal level, but she has also transformed my business mindset, setting goals and general wellbeing. Not only achieving them within three months, BUT smashing through them at 100mph ! And were still going!! In what have been very unpredictable times in the property market, Tiba has almost trebled my turnover within three months. I could not believe it! With a fresh mindset, introducing improved systems, building a team, and freeing up my time to spend on income generating work sounds a simple process, but well implemented and with much needed support and accountability.
