As I wasn't sure on the correct name of the haircut, I showed them a photo of the type of fade I wanted and gave them specific instructions. The barber was WAY off matching the fade and took me 2 times of correcting them to get the fade looking close to the picture. Not ideal, but it wasn't the end of the world. I was actually getting on with this barber, but after the corrections he started blaming me for how long it took without taking any responsibility on his end, which just seemed unnecessary. Then, the owner started having a go at the staff loudly in front of us all, telling them to hurry up and to not make him stressed at the weekends! That in turn made the atmosphere pretty tense and my barber started rushing my haircut. The owner even started getting the customers involved, telling them about his issues with the staff in front of their faces. This happened to me as well right at the end. I left liking the haircut, but it took 3 attempts and felt a little taken back by the rudeness! Also to top it off (looking at the prices printed on their window) I was overcharged. Yikes. Not sure I'll be coming back! Service: Fade cut
