Really friendly people who very kindly fitted my husband in for a birthday surprise from his daughters but sadly by the end I rather wished they hadnt. Im sorry to leave such a negative review but our experience was far from positive. Having arrived at 11 as requested my husband then waited around for over 2 hours for a flight which lasted no more than 15 minutes. When I called up later to ask if this was normal, I was told that it was a particularly busy day but in circumstances where the flight was very short the customer was often taken up again - in the circumstances it would have been nice if this had been offered. We came away feeling very short changed - a real shame.

Bought my hubby a gliding experience for his birthday and it was worth every penny. The airfield, club house etc was lovely. The staff were fantastic from the outset, emails to keep us updated and confirm flights and times right up to the day before, lovely friendly peolle from checking flights were going ahead right to waving us off home. They are so knowledgable and explained everything. Such a safe site. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you. You made my hubbies birthday so very special
