Vets4Pets - Evesham

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!! Sadly my dog has passed away because of their negligence and poor treatment!!! He has been treated by Vets4Pets Evesham for at least four weeks due to blood in poo,vomiting,constipation. Their treatment was to send him home on weekly basis with more meds instead of conducting proper internal examinations and xrays despite condition always coming back once medication finished. In the end when he was in critical condition and barely moving they finally referred me another clinic which I had to chase as they did not see Frankie urgent enough!I will be reporting this to RCVS and considering legal actions against Vets4Pets Evesham. Vet from referral clinic clearly advised that if condition does not go away after initial course of medication if should be investigated more in depth! To the clinics managers: I am not trying to destroy your reputation, this is my genuine experience and people deserve to know. All personell dealing with Frankie should be dismissed with immediate effect and your clinic should loose licence to operate.

This was my first visit to Vets4Pets. You were recommended. We had previously taken our cat to another vet and wanted a second opinion. The price and professional attitude from you were wolds apart from our other experience. We will be using again rather than the other vet.

Olga the vet was excellent in her care for minkie. Informative, kind and professional. Her empathy with my elderly cat was excellent, she explained the current problem and treated this, she also advised me of possible future issues we might encounter. What a shame olga is only a locum vet and not permanent. The reception staff were kind and helpful, I will be returning again, not too son hopefully!! I gave less good review about appointment as there is no longer weekend cover, and I needed to see the vet Saturday, but had to wait until Wednesday. Minkie's issue was not life threatening, but worrisome until I saw the vet.

Everyone from reception were friendly and professional, they had a difficult costumer in the reception area, but they dealt with her very well and professionally
