        Will not return after interaction with presumably Head Vet. Extremely rude attitude (at least your Grandma had earned the right she seems entitled to)!!! before even passing the threshold re: her antique Covid rules. Love a straight talker but my hound will be better off in a place with a professional ethos. Would be no star if permitted.

        I've been taking my pets to J V VETS for many years. Jo is an amazing Vet, very caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

        My cat was seemingly happy here, however loses two stars over the overall vibe. Place feels a little dirty. Aggressive mask policy and staff on reception lack basic understanding when asking for updates on pets and overall has a cold feel.
