        They omitted to tell me they had broken a bag hanger in the boot. No excuse for dishonesty. Will look elsewhere when in need next time.

        Disappointing. Booked an electric car in over the phone to have tow bar electrics only fitted for using a bike rack, using a universal connection kit - all details provided at the point of booking, vehicle reg etc etc. Drove 50 miles from Wiltshire to be told wont touch it mate. Didnt even apologise.
