Received excellent service from RF Tiling and in particular, Amy Andrews. Responsive and reliable, Amy displayed a great attitude throughout the process. Also excellent after-sales service. Reasonably priced compared to similar Keope distributors north of the border.

To be clear this review is for RF Tiling based in Evesham. Complete waste of time. Arranged for them to attend a new build for an estimate in early June, didn't turn up. Rescheduled for the following Saturday. We accepted the quote and work was due to be scheduled to start in early to late September on his return from holiday. I phoned in early September and got the royal run around. I chased him on the phone and he promised to phone back but never did, gave up in the end. I only wish he would have been more honest and not committed to the work in the first place. We wasted three months waiting for him to start work. Steer well clear.

Hello , what a fabulous experience dealing with R F tiling , in Whitley Near Selby . Great new showroom and easy to get samples to check over . We ordered Italian Matt effect Marble effect cream floor and wall tiles from the experienced and helpful professional sales staff , all was a pleasure to the delivery guys whom could not have been more assistance in being on time, ringing before arrival and putting the tiles in our garage for us and generally keeping us up to date on delivery times to advice on what was needed , sizes and what would look good and helped us through the whole process from start to finish . Superb service , friendly and always helping us with choice and value . We would not wish to use anyone else a friendly professional experience with nothing too much trouble.. Cannot thank them enough for the way they handled everything it was such an good experience we will always use them for our tiling and paving requirements from start to finish.
