        Probably the worst customer bar service I have ever experienced! Went into the bar at 10.10pm and waited to be served. 3 young female members of staff chatting (I think by the glass washer) continued to chat and ignored us. Finally after over 5 minutes we walked down to them and asked if they were open. We were told very grudgingly (by the bar manager?) that she would serve us one last drink - we had only just come in? When I asked what time they closed she looked sheepish and said 10.30, but we close earlier if were quiet! The website says that they close at 11pm! The customer service here REALLY needs attending to, its shocking!
