        Our charity, SOS Silence of Suicide, gets excellent service from Care Check. Staff are always polite, information and responsive which really helps. They always have time to explain anything you are struggling with, without making you feel silly or like a nuisance. Any delays are not with Care Check, but with the DBS service themselves and sadly, some police forces are just a lot slower than others, or someone has a complex history which takes longer to process. But Care Check themselves are fabulous - thank you!

        Terrible experience. This is the FIRST company where I've had to apply 3 times for a DBS. Wouldn't recommend if in a hurry to start work !
