This pharmacy is lovely and staff are very friendly and helpful

This pharmacy have the customer service of a hungry rottweiler. Everything is too much trouble for them and you are an inconvenience. Port Street is run by the same company and 2 minutes around the corner but understand people are probably not feeling too well when they visit so get prescriptions processed quickly and without a fuss. Night and day between the two.

Is 0 stars possible? Incorrect pharmacist registration certificate on display. Rude staff, specifically the blonde lady with curly hair - I believe her prescription for customer service is being dealt with by this pharmacy. Long wait times, no communication! Stood for 20 mins without any info (after giving my details) to be told they dont have the prescription!! Go to Port street, same chain but lovely staff, fast and efficient!

I usually get my prescription delivered but the few times I've popped in here, the staff have been very helpful. Infact it was a member of.sfaff here that informed me I was eligible for a prescription exemption card, something I was unaware of, and my doctor hadn't mentioned.
