Waited 45 min for prescription and then told could not do it till tomorrow

Shockingly bad service for a vaccination. Handed a piece of paper with incorrect information about me, and a date in US format. Person handling the queue was friendly but encouraging people to stand VERY close together, exactly the opposite of good practice for a deadly virus. No words spoken by the person holding the vaccine (assuming pharmacist? No idea, didn't say) until I asked which vaccine it would be, at which point I was told "you can have both". Clearly it would be highly irresponsible for anyone to give two vaccines at once. I shouldn't have had to clarify whether this person meant "either". Got handed a card, no words, had to ask if I am done and can leave. No waiting area, no recovery area, so if you were to feel faint, unlucky, sit on the ground outside. Two stars just because at least one person was friendly. Would drive extra distance next time just to avoid this place.

Excellent customer service from the exceptionally busy pharmacist administering flu and Covid vaccinations. A helpful Covid volunteer marshalling the queue.
