        Oh dear. This groom so different to previous one (different Groomer). Lopsided cut - one side longer than the other. Matts left in ends of my dogs ears and they were left damp. I trimmed these so would have been easy for them to do. Underneath not trimmed as requested. Likewise I trimmed this so easy to do again. Not all nails that required cutting were done. My dog did not seem happy. He is a gentle nervy dog and they are reminded of this. Unfortunately due to this experience I will not be using them again, although having had good experiences previously, I don't want to take the risk of this happening again.

        Absolutely awful service kept trying to ring up to say we would be a few minutes late no answer at all then they completely cancelled my appointment all together will never be using again

        Its hard to put into words how disgusted I am with the way my puppy was treated here today by one of the groomers. She wouldnt give me her name, not surprising with her behaviour towards my 4 month old puppy. I got back to the room a few minutes early and waited outside so I wouldnt disturb them. My puppy was on the table, with a drier blowing directly in her face, the groomer had her arm around her waist tightly, blow drying her rear end.My sweet pup was clearly in distress, there was no kind words, reassurance or ever a smile from her, absolutely nothing. I went into the room and insisted she take my pup off the table, and Id have her back as she was, even though the groom wasnt finish. I tried to explain to her that my puppy was distressed, she said she was just being naughty.This clearly didnt go down well. I told her in no uncertain terms that I would be reporting her behaviour towards my pup. She refused to take payment as I was unhappy with the service, but that wasnt what Id wanted. I wanted my puppy treated with kindness, care and compassion, something clearly beyond this womans capability. I just hope her rough handling hasnt put a fear of groomers into my puppy. Please do not entrust your precious puppy to this place, incase they fall into her hands
