        Firstly owners are amazing,kind helpful and great service however I called in with my son on Sunday as his glasses constantly feel loose and has been having them tightened often. We had the unpleasant pleasure of the English lady manager who gave the impression we were a nuisance,she continued to argue that the glasses were fine and with her arms folded continued to intimidate my son on his explanation.
