        A wonderful charity that does extraordinary work to help people with mental illness. The staff and volunteers are kind, caring, patient and accepting. Activities are regularly organised and are very enjoyable and therapeutic. This charity has helped me personally a lot over the years and I am eternally grateful for everything that they've done for me.
