Johnsons Property Consultants (Estate Agents)

Where do I start with this estate agents, what an absolute joke and not a funny one at that, Goodlord the referencing agency they use are nothing but a headache, the minute you pass your details on to them prepare to be inundated with emails texts and phone calls from every energy supplier, broadband supplier, home phone, home entertainment, home insurance, life insurance company under the sun, also the 2 to 3 business days it takes to complete referencing is not the case, here we are over 2 weeks later and still not moving forward, go onto their portal and it says there is nothing left for us to do and its in review. So here we are 4 days away from when our tenancy is meant to start and our referencing isn't complete and not for want of us trying, we have had to cancel removals and lost 400 in deposit and also the 253 in holding deposit for the house, for the past 2 days 2 members of staff at Johnsons have ignored our emails and attempts of contact to find out what was happening as we were about to lose the roof over our heads, fortunately we didn't we just lost about 700 thanks to Johnsons and them reassuring us everything was going just fine and would be ok when quite clearly its not fine and not ok, but how would we know when we are being ignored by Johnsons, so we are back to square -700 thanks to Johnsons total lack of professionalism and communication with us, you have been warned!!

I have and I will recommend Johnsons to anyone who even hints at looking for a new place ! They have been truly amazing with me & making this move as easy as it could be. From viewing right way to picking up keys , they did everything they could to help me and make this dream come true. Super friendly staff with amazing attention to details . I honestly cant fault them on anything !

Fully interested in understanding both customer expectations and limitations. My experience with Johnsons has been just fantastic. They are very efficients, professionals and friendly. Would recommend them without hesitation.
