I wish I could leave 0 zero stars... disgustingly rude reception lady! She should be fired! Trying to explain my requirements and whether we could make an appointment to get them to do a sworn declaration on commercial lease document. Interrupted me mid-sentence and said "just explain what you need?" I said, I was just telling you but you interrupted... her tone then became clearly annoyed... so I said, "actually, don't worry about it" she then said, "well, we only do that for existing clients" (fobbed off basically) - Well, she made sure we will NEVER consider this firm to represent us for my commercial business and I urge anyone considering this firm to stay away from such a pretentious (looking down one's nose) experience.

They are superb having dealt with them a number of times particularly with conveyancing. I cannot fault them whatsoever. I have dealt with three properties for me over the past four years their efficiency and honesty has been 2nd to none. John Madge has been superb thank you for your service greatly appreciated.

I have used Cox & Hodgetts for dealing with a complicated and long drawn out house sale. John Madge was absolutely fantastic. He was always extremely professional, approachable and knew how to influence protracted purchase negotiations. I have bought and sold many properties and he provided the absolute best service I have encountered. The cost of this service was also competitive. Totally recommended.

Needed some forms signed and certified could not get a local solicitor to accommodate me so went to this solicitor who were only too happy to take the business excellent service.
