        I have worked for Noble Care for a few months, and am very impressed by the running of the company. My line manager is always available for anything I require. And the online training is regular, to insure employees are kept up-to-date with caring practices. Flexible working patterns can also be discussed to ensure both the Service User and Carer are happy.

        Started off a lovely place to work.... Concerns not addressed even when staff left because of them (including staff leaving because of other staff). They don't seem to care and are facing an exodus of staff now because of it. In addition, new staff are not staying. What a shame, if they concentrated on work, and what the RESIDENTS want, instead of one-upping each other, trying to do as little as possible and brushing things under the carpet it would go back to being the great home it was. They only get two stars rather than one because of the couple of people that still genuinely care, and the residents who it should be about. EDIT: DID aim to bring these matters up with the director and still waiting for him to get back to me!
