the manager here is rude I toke my hover back after using it only 3 times I only had it a week and it was over heating. he tried it for 5 mins when I told him it cuts out after 10 mins he refused to exchange it as he couldn't find the fault and said it sounded OK he sells products for argos he doesn't make hoovers so how would he know he told me it normal for hoovers to cut out I really think evesham need to get a new manger. I swear he thought I was born yeasterday I never had a hoover cut out like this on me. very rude

So much for 30 days return or refund policy. Bought a set of skull candy headphones for my granddaughters birthday on Monday they were to big and heavy to be comfortable on her..so I returned them for a refund. Told can't have a refund as she had tried them on for a short while waste of almost90 will think long and hard about shopping with argos in future very very disappointed with customer experience . 1 out of 10. Can't get any lower
