Gentle Dental care

Not a great experience from them and have put up with it for years but no more now. The second time that the same filling has come out.wouldnt let me past the front desk (and I was being really polite as I normally am) without making me pay 23 for the privilege of coming in. Dentist (who was pleasant enough) re-fillied the tooth and told me that it was covered under warranty so therefore free of charge. When back down and asked for my 23 back and the receptionist said that I could have it back but would need to fill in a form and wait for a minimum of 3 weeks before my money was returned. Not happy. And the above is on top of the receptionists not answering the phones or the ability to even leave a message. Will be looking to move practice now as today was the final straw.

After ringing around many NHS dental practices and being rudely told they are not registering I spoke to Sam at Gentle Dental, who was a delight. Although she could not register me at present she offered to add me to their NHS waiting list, gave me a number to call in the meantime for emergencies and advised that they are able to register privately. Sam was a helpful and friendly receptionist, I would be very happy to register with them in the future.

Ive been a patient at Gentle Dental Evesham since approximately 2015. My dentist was a lovely, nice, and kind lady. Sadly she has left about 18 months ago. My new dentist is Aminah, she is absolutely funny. Every time I go to the dentist we have such a laugh. Im forever winding up Aminah and her assistant Sarah. My partner is absolutely terrified of the dentist, and I mean TERRIFIED!! Thanks to Aminah my partner has no issues with going to the dentist, or having any work done. My partner and I cannot put into words how grateful we are to have Aminah as our dentist, this also includes her assistant Sarah too. The praises continue to the rest of the staff at Gentle Dental Evesham, who are always smiling and are very helpful, and extremely polite. Thanks guys look forward to our next visit

The dentist is lovely and really puts me at ease. The Receptionists Sam and Sonya are brilliant, they couldn't be more helpful and the nurses are so friendly and reassuring. Overall an excellent practice.
