        Just had a New Patient appointment, which I was advised would be 60. During my appointment, the dentist commented on how good my teeth were and that no treatment was required. He then asked if I use a hygienist and I replied, no. I said if there is any small amount of build up on my bottom front teeth, my old dentist just removes it during my check up. He replied, that is just what I will do. So I agreed. When I went to pay my bill, they charged me an additional 40 for 3 mins work. Unbelievable. You should not offer a new patient anything outside their agreed check up unless you tell them what you are going to charge first. Consequently, I've cancelled all future visits and will not use this practice again. Shameful
