        My mothers laptop wouldn't boot up and after investigation it was found that the hard drive had failed on her laptop. Alan managed to recover all the information from the failed hard drive and install new hard drive and reinstall the information from the old hard drive. Alan was extremely and helpful & professional. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
