We had previously been let down by a builder that was going to take on the repair of our urban airey House, so we took to google and a couple of companies came to quote, after speaking to Steve for 5 minutes I knew he was probably the best man for the job. Now the external of the house is complete, it has totally transformed the house, the brick work looks very smart and uniformed. Steve was always happy to take the time and show me how the house was being repaired and discussed daily how the work was coming on and what the next stage would be. A massive thankyou to Steve and his team for repairing our PRC Waites build house. Couldn't have asked for anything better, he kept us up to date with everything going on, informed us on what the next stages would be. Very reliable and trustworthy, became part of the family for 12 weeks. If your looking for a prc repair I 100% recommend Steve. Thankyou for everything.

We were looking for someone to transform our Unity type 2 house and knew from the first phonecall that Steve was the man for the job. Steve made the effort to come and visit us and talk us through the whole process. Work started 4 weeks later and Steve and his team were polite and hard working throughout. We stayed in our Summerhouse, and Steve and team had the house, with us moving back in at weekends, it all worked very well. The build was completed within the time frame given, and given the problems with supply and delivery at the time, due to covid and other issues, Steve sorted everything out calmly and efficiently. We were delighted when Steve returned to help us with the extension too. We had no problems at all and are exceptionally happy with the whole process. We would fully recommend Steve, especially as there are so few companies who do this type of repair.

I was really pleased with the builder we had found. "SC construction and build." Steve had returned my call quickly, and answered any questions with the knowledge expected. Once we had decided to go ahead with this project, we let Steve know, he pencilled us in with a predicted start of March - Feb 2022. Once we had had the go ahead. Everything moved very quick. We were informed stage by stage, what was happening next. even though we had three very nasty storms and some heavy rain. The work ploughed on. now mid April the work has now finished. we couldn't be happier. Every time someone mentions the build, and how good it looks, we cant stop smiling. All comments have praised the builder, and the finish. With his attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Steve's Company.

awful is being polite.. they do not use qualified tradesmen!!!!!, I had one labourer for most of the time , he had no tradesmen, used my neigbour to do the plastering which resulted in my brand new kitchen floor being stained, broken window frames, broken kitchen units, broken personal posessions, wonky door and window fittings, the list goes on .. take my advice.. if you use this company.. check his trademen are qualified, Steve is a good brickie, but he is useless at fitting windows and doors, and if you used his labourer to do the electrics,, you will get trunking.. and no insurance cover.. This is the politest way I can feedback.. maybe it is because I am a single female that so many corners got cut.. nearly resulted in a court case..until I got an independent survey.. who called the work shocking.. I could go on.. but hope who ever reads this gets the point
