I went to the Evesham store to look at turbo trainers for my husbands bike, and although they did not have one in stock, Cameron at the branch, went above and beyond to locate one and get it secured for me at a nearby branch. Very helpful with excellent customer service and a real can-do attitude. I went to the Evesham store today 30/3/21 and was due to have my bike examined under the governments get your bike back on the road scheme. I was served by a very helpful gentleman called Tayne Who gave my bike a good look over, and priced all the work that was necessary which largely replicated my own thoughts. The prices were very acceptable and he very kindly fitted my new turbo trainer rear tyre and aligned the rear wheel whilst I waited. The balance of the work was booked in and all the arrangements for payment under the government scheme will be taken care of by Halfords. Excellent Attention to detail, a can do attitude, and very good customer service and product knowledge and I can now use my bike with my turbo trainer, and get the remaining work completed shortly having booked it in. Excellent service, and the government scheme is a great bonus and I did not know about it, but Halfords emailed me, making me aware of the contribution that I would receive. Thank you Tayne.

(From Laura) James from Four Pools Evesham Sorted Polly the Polo right out! Came in to store because my oil light was on, James sold me the oil and topped it up for me. He also did a 10 point check on the car to make sure it was in good health! After topping up the screen wash and putting air in the tyres ALL FOR FREE, I was all set to go. A very knowledgeable lady served me and made my visit very successful. Her extra effort to supply me the car's correct wiper blades was commendable, considering the shops computer system didn't show any available. If you're her manager please give her the praise she deserves, as I might have walked out and gone to a motor factor to source my parts.
