Went in to Bird in Eversley with the expectation of just dropping off my Aeris 120 for an assessment of the derailleur. Dan and James were super friendly, thought would be a 5 minute job to fix the clutch. 3.5hrs (and lunch at Blackbush) later, new derailleur was required and couldnt resist a bunch of drive upgrades. 5 star service. Even got a coffee!

Ordered the blank rigid fork to replace a klunky (but decent) rockshox 35 gold rl with 120 travel. The steel rigid fork with a 505 a2c, tapered steerer and boost spacing ticked all the boxes. It looks great and is very affordable. Oh, and the customer service is on point, thanks y'all.

Im not someone who writes reviews but had to write something about bird. Completely consistent with all the other great reviews below. Its rare you come across a business that has such an excellent product and attitude. I have purchased 2 bikes now; aether 9c and recently Aeris. Awesome bikes; Ben and the team are so helpful. Always sort any detail out for you; nothing is too much and recently helped me add some kit to my order without any fuss (albeit this was a bit of a pain for them for sure!). Ill keep buying their bikes as long as they keep making them! 5 star

Top notch. I've purchased 3 bikes from Bird over the years and have to say that every aspect of the product & business is worthy of 5 stars. The team's customer service both pre- and post-sales is stellar. Flexible build options, regular updates on build times, detailed consultation on frame type, size & components, getting set-up on your new bike, advice on upgrades and spare parts, and a brilliant social media following & community to boot. The bikes...? ...Awesome.
