I had a series of appointments with Tania who was incredibly attentive to my issue and using a combination of massage and movement along with gym-work was able to make a massive difference. Highly recommended! Andy

Tania hasbeen really helpful on myvisits over the past years. Not only does she help you to reduce the pain and heal the injury, but also teaches you on how to prevent future injuries. Best way to make peace with your body and deal with it in a healthierand saferway. Can'trecommend her enough.

Tania is a very experienced and helpful physiotherapist. She has an incredible knowledge of the body and she is respectful and considerate of her clients' specific concerns or difficulties. The treatment includes both really expert hands-on therapy and massage and tailored exercises to take home. She is friendly and approachable, and each session feels worth every single penny.

I first met Tania as a physiotherapy patient in 2012 after I had been treated elsewhere for chronic inflammation of my ankles. After months without improvement, I could feel how my body started to heal within only a few sessions with Tania. As a dancer I have since seen her many times over the years and have 100% trust in her knowledge and treatment. She has a holistic approach to understand the unique origin of a problem, and she provides the exercises needed to empower the individual for sustainability and prevention. I have learnt not to be fearful of pain and injury, but to understand them as learning curves as I study my own moving body. Many exercises which have helped me to recover from injuries and made me stronger are now part of a repertoire of preparatory exercises for any physical demands.
