Want to say the biggest thank you to Kim and the team for looking after our mum who passed away on Tuesday 27th Sept. She wanted to be at home and with their wonderful love and care we gave her her wish. I can't thank you all enough lots of love Lesley Eileen's daughter .

We had Yinka & Kim visit our Mum at home today at what is an incredibly emotional & difficult time. We were all completely blown away with their professionalism, compassion and complete (almost instinctive) grasp our Mum's situation and requirements. They were personable & cared for Mum with so much dignity that it was really quite moving to watch. Mum was verbally interacted with throughout and felt completely in control of the whole situation. If you find yourself in a similar situation with the same obvious fears and doubts that we had when inviting carers into an intimate area of our loved ones life, I can 'hand on heart' assure you that, in our experience, our fears were completely unfounded, Thank you so much Yinka & Kim. Whilst my interaction with New Generation was brief and only lasted for 3 weeks, the service provided by all the staff members during this time was exceptional. My mum grew very fond of all the carers who helped to support her and they were always friendly, Bubbly, helpful and caring. A special thank you to; Yinka, Olu, Yasmine, Sophie, Folu and Timmy.
