*Update* - Apparently I was late for my appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early, your self-check service doesn't work and your 1 receptionist was busy on the phone or with the people ahead. * There is a clear patient blame policy in most of these review responses and I believe validates many of my points below. Recently re-joined this practice and have had an awful experience since. Office/ Reception staff are unhelpful, seemed poorly trained and do not have any inkling of patient care. The first GP I saw was patronising, in a rush and made me feel like I was an annoyance. Booked a blood test 4 weeks in advance, blood test was cancelled a week out due 'staff training' via a text with no apology, and I was told there were no more appointments and I would have to collect a form from them to have the blood test done elsewhere. There was absolutely no attempt to help me with this, only suggestions it wasn't there problem and to deal with it myself. Called this morning to speak with a GP, sat on hold for an hour, when the call was finally answered, I was given around 3 seconds to get to my phone and respond before they hung up. Now 30 mins into the next hold. Overall this practice has poor customer service, lack of interest in patient care, patronising, uninterested GPs and long wait times. I'll be looking around for a professional practice asap. This specifically aimed at the Surrey Docks brand of this practice

Wouldn't give an appointment with a doctor. Suggested a call with a paramedic for kidney related concerns.

They never reply, had three occasions to contact them and they demonstrable failed to engage on all three occasions. Don't expect an adequate service. Have moved to another surgery.
