Absolutely terrible service! Rang at 8am to be 35 in a que. An hour later hanging on the phone the receptionist answered them promptly cut me off! Rang twice more to the same thing!!! Something needs to be done so angry!!

Absolutely terrible surgery. My mother has waited 2 weeks for a blood form that was emailed to the g.p via the copd nurse. I had to ring for the reception team to chase it up and the reply I got was "oh sorry I've only just found it and it will be another couple of days to receive it. The reception team do not know what they are doing and this is not the first incident with this surgery. The wait time is terrible and I have even had to go into the surgery numerous times to chase up my mothers repeat prescriptions. Nothing ever seems to get resolved and if it does it's taking weeks. Very bad service and the problem is that they are taking on too many patients without the capacity to perform safe practices.

Terrible, Im really quite ill and the doctor said he would ring, waited 10 Hours, no call Had to phone 111 who were brilliant . Receptionists are curt and unhelpful All the NHS reviews are brilliant as they refer to it as a Covid injection centre, IT IS NOT, it is our local surgery and its awful, clearly just in it for the money
