INTU Evolution Boiling Water Taps

I am a DIYer and not a plumber but I installed this out of the box in less than an hour. Very clear instructions and a quality product. The tap works fine and no more kettles.

Lovely company to deal with for buying a instant boiling water tap so helpful answered all the questions and reassured me on everything. Thats about all. The warranty that comes with the tap and technical help they say comes with it you might aswell just forget about that because they dont answer any emails you send them for help with any problems you have. Ive emailed them 5 times now 3 times to the technical one they give you when you register for the warranty once to the sales person that sold me and once to the main email and still no reply. Really thought Id found a good company but I was wrong seems like they only out to take your money once there got it they dont care. If your after good after sales support and warranty I wouldnt use these Id go elsewhere

Tap I bought tarnished withing 3 months. When I contacted the company they have ignored me.

Quooker, Fone, Grohe too many choices. A couple of friends recommended Intu. Lot of debate about do you need boiling water no you do not! The water is 98c and seriously hot. Plus it does not come spurting out at scarily ferocious speeds. What swung it for me was the amazing customer service! Who answers call after one ring these days? They even FaceTimed me to see if they could help remotely? (Thank you Dave) So refreshingly good. The filtered water is great and I am thinking of adding a chill box attachment. Honestly this is the best thing I have bought for kitchen and this company is extremely helpful .
