Delivery is usually super fast, but occasionally there's delays during busy times and on those occasions we're always kept up to date and they will occasionally even send an extra goodie to apologise - just getting a call to say they're late is more than you'd get from most takeaways!

I will never order anywhere els this place is the best for deserts they did our order quick and delivered it hot they gave us something free to correct a mistake from the burton store this is by far the best, the manager call me himself to sort out my order, nice personal touch and I canot praise them enough very understanding pollite and willing to help! Thank you Etwall Sweet Retreat! I will always be going here from now on.
