Owner dropped a lead of a nervous rescue dog poor dogs still missing - avoid .

The good - they are very flexible with dates, thorough with taking dogs details etc and experienced with handling dogs with reactivity issues. However, my dogs really didn't enjoy it. They smelled awful (worse than the usual kennel smell), our beagle had redness on his boney prominences, probably from sleeping on wet concrete. I think they tried to hide the smell with a spray but it only made it worse once it had worn off. We were informed they hadn't ate (really unlike them) and I really doubt they got out as the field they take them out in is full of kids toys. I would avoid unless the owners make drastic changes to how things are run.

We left our beautiful red and white much loved American cocker spaniel with this so called luxury bordering kennels for two weeks . (Our biggest mistake and our deepest regret ever. ). He was left with them well groomed and very healthy . When we returned to collect our beautiful dog only two weeks later . We was horrified to see our lovely dog in such a disgusting condition His coat was covered in what I can only described as a dark brown staining his coat was completely mattered and smelling of excrement. They compounded the situation by covering him in very cheap and sweet perfume to camouflage the dogs true smell . So to clarify if you care in anyway for your pet this would be the last place on earth you would leave them

Very nice friendly owners dog came home smelling really nice and seemed too be looked after well looks in better shape then before thank you
